Welcome to Arts at Hayfield

Special Announcement - Attention Crafters and Vendors:

Arts at Hayfield does not currently have an update about the available use of Penn State Wilkes-Barre Campus Facilities for Fall 2020.

We are still accepting Crafter/Vendor applications for the August 30 Summer Arts Festival and the November 1 Homespun Holidays Craft Show. It is very important to receive completed written applications as soon as possible so that we can act quickly when we are informed about the use of the facilities.

At this time we are requesting that Crafters/Vendors withhold checks and photos. When we know more information about the Summer Arts Festival, by mid-June we will contact applicants to request the required additional photos and payments to complete applications.

By late July, if we have approval for the November 1 Homespun Holiday Craft Show, we will request photos and payments to complete those applications.

Unless we can make our final decisions by June/July, it is unlikely that we will have enough time to manage the applications and create shows that meet the previously established quality requirements. Crafters/Vendors on our mailing list, who have not yet submitted applications, will be receiving one in the mail.

All 2020 applicants will be contacted as soon as we have definitive information. Thank you for your interest and support of Arts at Hayfield. Stay safe and stay healthy!
